ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Our admissions process helps to ensure that ACA is a perfect fit for you and your child(ren).
Admissions Inquiry:
ACA encourages families to begin the pre-enrollment application process online. Once you have submitted a pre-enrollment inquiry, our staff will receive a notification.

Admissions Inquiry Review:
Our team will conduct a preliminary review of your inquiry and proceed with appropriate follow-up steps.
Interview:
Upon review, applicants will be sent a link to an addendum questionnaire and be scheduled for an interview with the senior pastor.
Enrollment Offer:
If the Senior Pastor and Admissions Team recommends an offer of enrollment, an email will be sent to the family with the enrollment package and instructions. Proof of residency, the student’s birth certificate, and immunization records (or Personal Beliefs Exemption Form) will be required to complete enrollment. Tuition, discounts, and payment plans will be discussed during this step, and you will pay your $200 enrollment fee to secure your child’s spot with ACA.
If the applicant doesn’t seem to be a good fit for the school, an email will be sent explaining the reason why admission has been denied.
